The organiser and its processor, idloom, process your data in compliance with European GDPR. We collect your first name, last name, affiliation, and email address to send you the meeting URL and any relevant updates about the sessions you register for. We also ask for your professional role to help us analyse the audience we reach and improve future events.

Your data will only be used for these purposes and will not be shared with third parties. We will retain your data for up to 12 months after the event, solely for post-event analysis and reporting. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.

You are entitled to object to these processing operations. You can request (frdn@fwo.be) a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, and deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant.
